The service was quick and courteous, my clothes were well cared for, and the little extras (like plastic sport coat inserts for the hangers) are appreciated. I look forward to continued excellent service from Carousel Cleaners.
My dress looks great - 100% silk so a bit worried. It was the first time I wore it and someone spilled on me at a party. It looks like new again so thanks! Lovely people too.
The customer service and delivery service is great! I would give four and a half star if there is this option. The missing half star will be exceedingly long turnover time

Always on time delivery and if there is ever an issue, it is rectified immediately! I like the fact that they use "green" methods to clean my clothes as well. If you use a dry cleaner that utilizes harsh chemicals to clean your clothes and then deposits them into the environment, you are ruining your own clothes at the same time as you are harming the planet. During the 21 years I've lived in West Vancouver, I quickly learned that Carousel was the top dry cleaners in West Van. Over this time our family were regular Carousel customers. About 2 years ago I, somewhat reluctantly, signed up for regular cleaning pickup and delivery. I'm not sure why I was reluctant (other than resistance to change) - because it's such a wonderful service! No more struggling to get to Park Royal to drop off or pick up cleaning.
