Carousel Cleaners was bought by Wayne and Anne Bastien in 1972, the jewel of a chain of cleaning stores across BC. Cam Bastien assumed management of Carousel Cleaners in 2000. Always a wonderful service, top quality and good value!
My husband picked up my winter coat,I felt it could be cleaner.I returned it and was treated with "I'm sorry, we will redo it and call you. This was done in the most friendly mannor, When I picked it up I was shown what they were able to do and told any further could damage the material. This was my first experience having to return any garment to Carousel and I thank them for their attitude. regards Lorna Sutton

Great service! I have used both their home delivery and drop off/pick up and been happy with the results.
Lu and Cory are my "face" of CC and they are great - always cheery and able to accommodate my changeable schedule - pick up or drop-off. The quality of cleaning and laundry are without compromise and the administration of the monthly billing to me credit card proceeds smoothly
In fairness I understand there will be more customer service at the new location soon-but I had a high bill ( drapes etc) & had to pay exact cash -need debit there asap or float for change. Staff was lovely & cleaning well done as always. Looking forward to hopefully Sat hours here. Best for working people.
Really friendly and very clean, efficient system of cleaning. I am no longer afraid to put dry cleaning goods on my body. I was told there are less chemicals than other places.
