Carousel Cleaners was bought by Wayne and Anne Bastien in 1972, the jewel of a chain of cleaning stores across BC. Cam Bastien assumed management of Carousel Cleaners in 2000. Every time that I drop clothes off or pick them up, I am meet by a very positive and upbeat staff member. They are very couteous and very efficient. Since I do not use any other dry cleaner, I have nothing to compare but my bets is this by far the best dry cleaner company on the North Shore.

Service was great! I needed 2 of my husbands suits to be dry cleaned my Monday evening, & I dropped them off Monday late afternoon. They were able to do this, no problem at all. My husband said they did an excellent job. I will be going back!
The pick up service is very convenient and the driver is courteous and professionally dressed. I also found the young lady who answers the telephone to be pleasant and responsive to my needs and requests. I will continue to use Carousel Cleaners because they do a good job of cleaning my clothes and have the best service that I have ever encountered in that industry. They also recycle the plastic garment wraps for me as well as the cuff links.
We enjoy the pick up and delivery service - always reliable.

My experience is always great! Everyone that works there are very polite and courteous! I also can call Cam anytime when I need to ask questions and he is always there for me! Recently I needed to know about cleaning a chair and he went over and beyond to find out how to clean it! Well done! Great experience!
