My biggest concern was my fav suit (other dry cleaning experiences have been sub-par) which needed cleaning...absoluty perfect job done! Also the shirts were pristine...plus pick up and delivery...what's not to like...

I recently just moved to West Vancouver, so I thought I'd try out Carousel Cleaners in Park Royal. Although it is pricier than other dry cleaners (which I suspected, I believe it is worth it. My dress came out looking brand new, and the water stains appear to have been taken out that other dry cleaners could not do. Carousel Cleaners is quite professional in that they send you an email on your first visit welcoming you, when your garment is ready for pickup, and when you've picken up the garment. Not only was the staff kind and polite, but exceptionally efficient. Email updates were much appreciated. Even better was that wine stains which I thought impossible to remove from silk colour-blocked garment, disappeared! Thank you!
we are very pleased with the cleaning, except our last order of 3 shirts came without starch when we requested heavy starch on all shirts.

We SO enjoy the service we receive from Carousel Cleaners. They are reliable, always arriving at the same aproximate time of day on our designated days and last... but diffinitely not least...they do a beautiful job caring for our garments! We highly recommend their door to door service!
