Always on time delivery and if there is ever an issue, it is rectified immediately! I like the fact that they use "green" methods to clean my clothes as well. If you use a dry cleaner that utilizes harsh chemicals to clean your clothes and then deposits them into the environment, you are ruining your own clothes at the same time as you are harming the planet. Great job and ready on time!
During the 21 years I've lived in West Vancouver, I quickly learned that Carousel was the top dry cleaners in West Van. Over this time our family were regular Carousel customers. About 2 years ago I, somewhat reluctantly, signed up for regular cleaning pickup and delivery. I'm not sure why I was reluctant (other than resistance to change) - because it's such a wonderful service! No more struggling to get to Park Royal to drop off or pick up cleaning. Carousel's delivery service makes life simple. My clothes are picked up when I need them cleaned and returned a few days later. Everything is in order. I don't always notice the delivery truck. It's almost like magic.
