During the 21 years I've lived in West Vancouver, I quickly learned that Carousel was the top dry cleaners in West Van. Over this time our family were regular Carousel customers. About 2 years ago I, somewhat reluctantly, signed up for regular cleaning pickup and delivery. Carousel's delivery service makes life simple. My clothes are picked up when I need them cleaned and returned a few days later. Everything is in order. I don't always notice the delivery truck. It's almost like magic.

I seem to always get a bit confused with end of month deadlines when the last day of the month is not in fact the end of a week. Such was the dilemma in which I found myself last week - just missed a monthly special! I made a call to find out where I stood in terms of the special offered and although I was a bit late, management accommodated my request. As usual, my dry cleaning and laundry came back in an impeccable condition. Thank you Carousel Cleaners.
