I am sorry I don't know the name of the young woman on the front desk, who I also spoke to on the phone before I arrived. She is the best ambassador of a company. She is delightful and knowledgable. She told me there might be a change in price depending on what was needed; she let me know it may take longer than expected. The whole experience is one I would recommend to anyone needing your services.

I was very impressed with Luan's services during my first visit your store in West Van. I did request that my cashmere coat needed to be redone and the collar pressed flat, as the original ironing had not been true to the coat’s design. He was so friendly and enthusiastic. I am glad that, in the end, my coat returned exactly to its original style. Thank you for you kind attention.
