My husband is very particular about his shirts. I have been bringing his shirts to Carousel Cleaners for 2 years now without a problem. Recently we have started using their delivery service and are happy with the results. I highly recommend them.
Love the convenience of delivery. Find the prices competitive. The clothes come back looking like a million bucks.
The staff is always friendly and helpful....even on the phone!!! More importantly everything is ready on the day it was promised and the quality of work is excellent. Everything comes out like new.
I was pleased with the communication, in-person service, and notification emails. Thank you for taking care of my coat and boots and returning them like-new!

I had to wait for quite a few minutes in the empty reception area until I heard someone say, they'd be there in a few minutes and in total I probably waited 4 mins. Maybe an idea is to put a sign on the counter saying you'll be back in 5 mins? Also, I get too many emails from carousel. I would like the option to just get the 'drycleaning ready' notifications without all the marketing. The clothes look great tho'!
