You put in a new zipper on my jacket. The zipper was great, but I had requested that you also clean the jacket. When I got the jacket home I saw that it had not been cleaned. I called & talked to the manager (I don’t remember her name) & she said if I brought it back they would clean it w no extra charge. The next day my jacket was clean!

Counter service was great at drop off and pick up. But comforter was still stained when I got home and opened it. Was a little disappointed for a 4oish bill.
