When I had a concern about one of my items, I was contacted within a day. Chrissy was professional, courteous, and resolved my concerns during that phone call. I would recommend Best Cleaners without reservation!

The system you had before worked for me. This new system does not.
This is twice now that my dry cleaning delivery was sent to the wrong (former) address. I even dropped off the dry cleaning at your Delmar store and confirmed with the store rep the new address and she told me that it was all taken care of. Then weeks later when I did not receive my dry cleaning on the scheduled date, I found out that some else had it! Two strikes and you are OUT!! I am taking my business to a different company.
My order was separated and it took over a week of calls, staff excuses, holds, call backs, and chasing to finally get my item back. Perhaps an accident but Best had already delivered someone else’s item (a men’s kilt) to me in another delivery. I’m so disappointed because the delivery service is the convenience I need. It’s too gut wrenching to guess if my clothes will be lost or returned and I don’t want to take that risk with your company. Wish you did better tracking.
