Last year a Pottery Barn queen size comfort insert was lost. This was acknowledged at the time and I was told I would be contacted. I was not contacted so I called and no one has returned my call. I believe there is a new manager since the item was lost. I basically have given up on being refunded. I still use Best Cleaners since it's convenient but I try to use other cleaners when possible and I would not recommend.

No longer staying in Albany, NY. Your schedule did not work for me. Have returned home in the West Coast. I was not assisted by anyone while in the area over a month ago.

Shirts have been lost. Collar-stays not consistently used. Despite numerous complaints, it has not been corrected.
Again, Driver has not picked up last Thursday and today in Slingerlands. Came last week and left dry cleaning on my front door and left dry cleaning bag hanging on my back door. very frustrating- A few weeks pick up was Ok but again pick up and delivery unreliable. Apparently your drivers don’t talk to each other. Matt reliable for years- different drivers- no consistency.

I’m on your pickup and return service and received a statement saying I owed you money.! I called and who ever answered the phone looked up account and told me I didn’t owe any money.
Pickup service was unreliable. Repeat missed pickups that caused two emails and two phone calls to arrange pickup to be restored. I’m ok with not having regular pickups but then provide an avenue to request pickup when required.
