I have called the main office with regards to my billing that is totally inaccurate. I will not do business with a company that just charges a credit card without proper backup. This is the second time this year I have been billed inaccurately !!! I have made several phone calls to the office with absolutely no follow up. Be careful with Best Cleaners, their accounting is less than desirable!!!!!

Everyone at Best is always gracious and pleasant. You’ve got that down. My only quibble is that I have regular formal engagements that require formal shirts that invariably have French Cuffs. Not only don't they get done correctly, but I still have met any of your pleasant employees that know what they are. I bet Nikki does.

There was no bag returned with my last order and I have clothes that I would like picked up. May I have a bag please?

Two out of three ain't bad, but three out of five is less than we aspire to! A representative from Best Cleaners - NY will be contacting you to schedule a pick up and get a bag delivered to you.
Last weeks order had wool slacks that were very badly pressed. Disaster that I had to fix by lengthy ironing. I emailed about it somebody named Frederick and got no reply so I guess you don’t care. Had another order picked up Tuesday we’ll see what happens with that.

These guys are the worst, the most incompetent business I have had the displeasure of having to deal with. They picked up my dry cleaning, but had it for almost a month without delivering it back to me. They charged my card $$ - I called many times asking for my dry cleaning and complaining. An employee brought it to my house after she got off work on her own time because the actual delivery driver didn't have time to do their job, huh???? I was told it would be 2 business days max. I left out my dry cleaning Monday morning at 6am. It wasn’t picked up until 3pm. Fine. I called the Glenville store today Wednesday around 4pm and was told my dry cleaning was in route to be dropped off. I was told by 7pm. It’s 8pm. I need that dry cleaning for an event tomorrow morning at 7am. Best cleaners is closed.

He asked you to not deliver anything to our home especially hanging it on the door knob is unacceptable. It’s loosening up the handle Steve said he stopped already and told you to not deliver it he will pick up clothes Please do not deliver
