Hi Liz, Your driver hasn't been here since November 24th. I understand not coming around on the day after Thanksgiving but why no show / no call on the 1st or the 4th or the 8th. I also understand if my account is too small or out of the way but a call would have been great. Tried to call you about this but no answer on the phone. Left a message though.

My garments were blown around the front of my condo. All three pieces separated. I realize it was windy however special consideration could have been taken based on the forecast. I could have very easily lost all of my shirts.

I have used Best Cleaners wash & fold service even during this uncertain COVID-19 time. I have been a customer for a little over a year. For a convenient service, it has been anything but. I have had numerous issues with the quality of the service. When contacted, I was told there would be an improvement. Not much of an improvement was noticed. I got a phone call from Josh that he was at my front door with an order. I went down and met him and he gave me everything necessary for doing this by curbside service. Two suggestions/requests for your drivers: 1) Call ahead - if I happen to be out for a walk or shopping then you’ll save the time 2) PLEASE wear a mask and gloves.
