I think most of the time you do ok but there is no consistency in the service every few weeks something goes wrong. I put a hook up for the return clothing but it never gets hung up, therefore it gets hung on my wife’s wreath. Two weeks ago I received an order on a Tuesday ( no pick up) but on Thursday received a pair of pants apparently left off the Tuesday delivery with no explanation. Thank you

With the Loudonville store closed due to the Covid virus, I called to have items delivered that I had not yet picked up. Liz arranged for a rapid delivery to my home with gifts as well. Great job
