Your prices have skyrocketed a whooping 95% increase since the month of March. You are taking advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had 4 pairs of pants and 3 shirts cleaned and it cost me $99 outrageous!

Your prices have skyrocketed to 95% higher cost than in the month of March 2020. Your prices are so high that it is cheaper to purchase items than to have them cleaned by you. 4 pair of pants and 3 dry clean shirts cost me $99. Outrageous. Then I had to return a pair of pants for a stain left on the leg. Crazy!

Sign outside says open at 7am. I showed up at 730. Had to come back later. Girl said opens at 8...change your sign. Then only 4 of my 7 shorts were ready or couldn't find them Had to come back a third time. Not good experience at all. Also, 3.80 for a shirt is steep.

Was completely surprised at be extremely high price to clean one thin sweater: $13.60. Don’t like the white bags; they hide the government and the job that you did. The clear ones, in a decent weight—not too thin—are much better. Not anxious to return.
Overpriced, then I was contacted about my last review of overpriced with no follow up from that.

The front of my one jacket is wrinkled & I asked for my long sweater jacket to be hung on a hangar, by the shoulders, & it was folded over the hangar
