Brought in a wool hunting shirt to be dry cleaned -- can't wash it it's THAT old! -- and then failed to pick it up when first available. Was reminded by Best email -- went right in. The clerks are invariably good natured and helpful.
The staff was welcoming and my suit looked great after pickup!
Had some tailoring done. Shorten sleeves on a sport jacket and ahorten a pair of slacks. Work was completed promptly and the work was fine but I was charged $65 which I thought was a bit steep.

I brought in a pair of pants to be fixed. One leg needed to be sewn. She said it would take a week, it did, no problems at all.
