I had 3 communications by e-mail choosing a particular Monday. I expected someone to come bye. No one showed up Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. To I went to another cleaners. Good PR, but poor follow through.

I will admit I have always had a pet peeve about the cost of dry cleaning. I didnt even ask how much for one button to be sewn on a pair of shorts. Two small wool blankets drycleaned was ridiculously expensive. I did get a nice plastic carrying bag with them. Loaded with hair from my cats already. Now, that one's on me.

I have had 2 suit pant Shredded in the backend I have called and left multiple messages for Samantha who I was advised is the manager and I’ve spoken to her at least once she asked me to bring the pants in I did and drop them off and then while I was waiting for a response to those pants another pair of my pants damage. This issue has not been resolved since at least December 2021. This is poor response from your staff. I have been very Patiently waiting for a Resolution.

You lost the coat I brought in on November 17, 2021. I have not received compensation for it as promised and now you're sending me a message that my item is there and I owe you $5.00! For what? Aggravation, many phone calls to your store and several trips there? And what item are you referring to? No, I am not at all satisfied and definitely not pleased with your service!!!

I dropped a wedding dress off September 25th to be cleaned and did not get the dress back until January 21st. When I inquired about the dress in late November I was told the dress needed to be sent back to the cleaner because it still had places that needed to be cleaned. 4 months later I was told it was ready. When I picked it up it was sealed in a box that indicated it had been preserved. The form clearly said only clean the dress.
