Great Dry Cleaners. Super fast , super easy. The scan you dry cleaner provided garment bag when you come in, auto finds your account, get you clean clothes, scan the tags. I have a credit card on file and they tell me how much it is and I am on my way. Tailor right on premise

I have had ups and downs with Best Cleaners. Most of the time, they do a very good job and their hours, drop box, and drop off options are very convenient. Their branches are immaculately clean. Staff has always been pleasant. However, at a recent visit I received an email telling me that my clothes were ready but when I got to the branch, they were not there and I had to come back the next day. Such nice staff (unlike man in Slingerlands branch), and the space is so nicely decorated. Everything came back clean and well-pressed! Someone from corporate should visit Slingerlands branch. Guy was so rude I walked out and looked for another branch. Delmar is wonderful.

Good service but prices are a bit on the high side. What about a frequent buyer club?
The staff is very attentive and responsive to the drive-thru services offered. Also, later I was pro-actively contacted about a repair that could be made to a pair of slacks I had dropped off with a small tear by the pocket. This attention to detail in addition to providing me a solution is an indication of superior customer service and care.
