We have used Best cleaners on Delaware ave in Delmar for years. My husband travels weekly for work. We need to be able to rely on timely clothes return. I have had too many pickups without being given all of our clothes. Just yesterday my husband picked up his clothes. When he got home there were only shirts and suit coats , zero suit pants. I can’t say enough about the friendly customer service. You are greeted warmly when you walk in or drive up. I have been a customer for a long time and have certain preferences documented. Unfortunately these preferences are ignored because they’re not completed. For example I prefer to have my slacks hung on a skirt hanger; I have given permission to look for any minor repairs and to complete those repairs before the garment is returned to me. Asked if i wanted my pants with crease down the front and stated yes, they were press flat and the shirt was folder over the coat hanger. No what i asked for and have no time to come back to have it fix.

I am a regular at Delmar. My last pickup was incorrectly labeled and it took forever to find my items. I actually had to point out my clothing on the racks otherwise they would have never found it because of how wrong it was labeled. I am still missing one item and have yet to hear on its whereabouts. My last time dropping off, my cleaned items were sent to the incorrect Albany store.

Very expensive, shirts still had wrinkles, never was notified my clothes were ready for pickup. Terrible. Will never go back again.

When I came in to pick up my dry cleaning for the first time the girl was on her phone and was startled when I entered. She couldn’t pull up my order and then overcharged me my $10 them what was quoted. The stain was not removed from my item that was laundered. I just paid and took it next door where I’ve never had an issue.
Sleeve was hemmed perfectly and stain totally gone from my white sweater.
