My dress pants always came back with double creases. I pointed this out and they still came back with double creases. The quality of the workmanship was very poor. I won’t be coming back.

Too late for that now. Never returned a phone call when I could leave a message. Most of the time it was impossible to leave a message. Spent almost a week making daily calls or visits to the Delmar store to track down her clothes and/or find a way to go pick them UP. All the staff could tell me is that Rose's clothes were "out for delivery." Were they really on the truck for 6 days? That's just ridiculous. I brought in a pair of dress pants, specifically to get out what looked like a small blood stain, and received the pants back exactly the way they went in, without even any word there was absolutely no difference. It did not seem to me that it would be a tough stain to remove professionally.
