Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. It is a very unusual experience: you take your clothes to Walden’s cleaners, they ask you when you would like them back, and you return and pay for their services, and you take them home, very satisfied for the results. Did I miss anything? Ha Ha you are the greatest!!
