Was absolutely shocked at the price to have 13 shirts cleaned, over $60.00 . This was my first time in the RSM store, just moved back to OC from Fort Worth, TX. The cost is so much more than expected. Don't think I'll be going back, no matter how nice the staff is or how well my shirts turned out.

The service is great & they did a great job with my blouses. My reasoning for 4 stars is that a shirt got misplaced that I had brought in, and I wasn't aware of this until I was already home. However, they offered to deliver to my house for me which I appreciate.
Very prompt and accurate service. The digital communication is a nice change from traditional dry cleaning services.
I cannot recommend this service. On my first visit I left a tablecloth and 8 napkins. When I went to pick them up, I was told that three of the napkins "weren't ready". A week later I was able to pick up two of the three, but was told that the third one "wasn't ready". Once again I waited and when I returned, it still was "not ready". At this point I asked if it was lost and was told that yes, it was lost, but if I just waited, whoever had gotten it with their order would return it!
