Lovely staff and friendly service every time I stop in. My orders are always on time and sometimes even earlier than expected.
I was very pleased with the overall care of my garments throughout my transaction at the RSM location. I'm giving 4 stars because I was a little disappointed in how my Groupon voucher was handled. In all fairness, terms of the voucher were detailed in the fine print, so the discrepancy is mostly my fault. However, there was a lack of communication in regards for how the Groupon was being applied at the time of check out as well as a discrepancy with the math of the purchase. the ladies who work in the Ladera location are so sweet....unfortunatly my billing seems messed up every time i pick up my order. i should be on the VIP customer list and get 20% discount automatically on all orders. Half the time i do and the other half I don't. $7.15 for 1 dry cleaned dress shirt is a rip off and even at 20% discount off that, it is still really expensive. i know the rent in Ladera is not cheap, but i have friends in SOUTH OC who pay $3 or $4 per dry cleaned shirt. The professional service we receive from View Cleaners never disappoints. The personnel are always friendly and courteous and our garments return to us quickly and beautiful! My sister was visiting from out of state and had a white jacket that was stained and we thought, beyond hope and a white dress with black stripes that she was concerned would bleed onto the white parts. This is our regular dry cleaner and they always do a good job. At our last visit, I saw they had missed a spot on a dry cleaning garment. They found the spotter who was on his break and cleaned the spot while I waited. Great service and response to an easy mistake. Thanks!
Excellent and prompt service....nice to receive an email when my cleaning and alterations are ready - often prior to the expected date ! The alteration person is tops. Very pleasant and efficient staff at View Cleaners....a nice experience each time :)
