I love getting email notifications when my order is ready to pick up and that there is a pick up/drop off service. I will probably take advantage of that!
This was my first try with View Cleaners. When I came to pick up my garments, they told me that my dry cleaning wasn't ready because the machine broke. I understand that things happen. So when I came back today expecting to do a quick pick up with two babies in the car, I was upset to find a line of 6 people waiting with one employee working the computer at 5:30- busy time. Always a great experience at the View Cleaners in RSM. Friendly staff and great service. On the occasion that their has been an issue, it's taken care of, no questions asked, and always fixed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
