I was not given all my items and the girl couldnt find the one misding i had to go back and get her the order so she could verify but still could not fi d it but as she was revolving the rack i spotted it in someone els order, this wad not okay
Clothing was not pressed - no crease in pants
I do a lot of service with you guys, and I got sent a $10 off because of all the money I spent there and the people there couldn’t honor the $10 off because it was 1 day expired. I’m not all for getting free anything but I felt the principal behind it, They could of just taken care of the customer and would of been happy.
I was assisted by a Trainee during my visit. While a Trainee, the lack of friendliness and the lack of being courteous was very disappointing.
Did not press military uniform as requested. This is the 2nd time this occurs.
Always on time. Very Satisfies. My only complaint, is your on line coupon uses up my printers color cartridge. A black and white coupon would be good. No coupon would be better. Looking up your a website and printing the coupon takes time, time I would prefer to devote elsewhere.
My uniform was destroyed by an ink pen wiling less than 10 hours from when I leave for an academy
Brought clothes home and noticed one of my shirts was missing, but i had someone elses shirt instead. Returned the shirt and asked for mine, but they couldn't find it. After one week, they refused to do anything about it and asked me of i wanted to review their surveillance footage. Stated i brought in four shirt and recieved four shirts in return.
