I brought in two bags of clothes and made sure they understood that I wanted them all under my account. I was ready to empty out the bags and leave no bag but they said it would not be a problem. I had a 25% off coupon that I wanted to use on all the clothes since they were all from my house( just two different children who keep their dry cleaning in bags to keep it sorted out at home). I wasn’t greeted kindly and was told I would have to wait a couple days for my item when you have posted one day service. This was Rosedale and Allen location. I won’t ever be returning to that one. My favorite is the one at The Marketplace. Kinder staff and quick service!

I took some gloves to get cleaned and they went missing. The clerk didn’t even attempt to look around and seemed like she didn’t care.

The same as always but just gets worse each time. Creases are all over the pant and only half way up on the pant. Crease dont line up w existing creases. I have to reiron every time. Very sloppy
