Your prices rare too high!!!
I could not pick up a pair of dress pants because they said they were washed with a pen and they were supposed to get the ink out and I have not heard from them still.
I believe you over charge for simple things you do everyday. $10 for women’s pair of pants is excessive. Your coupons for $1.00 off are a joke I bring a lot of business in, and get very little benefit over a cut rate dry cleaner

I picked up my order today from your store at 13061 Rosedale Hwy (Store #21) but on getting home noticed that the pant was not well pressed. I returned to the store hoping to have the pant pressed again but to my surprise it got worse. The employee handed me a pant that was wrinkled and told me that it was the best she could do because my pants had linings. Prices are too high
When I arrived the person I dealt with seemed put out!
My second review here after over 10 years of coming here. I think I won't be coming here anymore. After the last couple times, I have had spots still on my uniforms, and dirt and salt from sweat that has not been washed out. I know plenty of co-workers who have also had the same problems. I think they are just drying it and forgetting to clean it. I need my stuff cleaned, not just pressed, especially for almost $14 a uniform. Going to be moving my business elsewhere.
