Pants are usually done well, but the shirts not so much. I have to re-iron the sleeves in each shirt. They are always unacceptable.
Your prices rare too high!!!
I could not pick up a pair of dress pants because they said they were washed with a pen and they were supposed to get the ink out and I have not heard from them still.
I believe you over charge for simple things you do everyday. $10 for women’s pair of pants is excessive. Your coupons for $1.00 off are a joke I bring a lot of business in, and get very little benefit over a cut rate dry cleaner

I picked up my order today from your store at 13061 Rosedale Hwy (Store #21) but on getting home noticed that the pant was not well pressed. I returned to the store hoping to have the pant pressed again but to my surprise it got worse. The employee handed me a pant that was wrinkled and told me that it was the best she could do because my pants had linings.
