I brought in one of my brand-new uniforms to the store with a pin staying in it. When I return to the store I picked up my uniforms and found the stain was removed. Nice work.
Today Cleaners has a great product. Even better is the service.
I can walk in and usually one of the girls know me and my whole transaction is taken care of in short order. It is also nice to get an email that my clothes are done and ready for pick up...
Generally speaking the quality of your cleaning and pressing is very high. You are also most courteous is quick turnarounds during Kern County Fair competitive time. Our biggest complaint is that shirt buttons often get overlooked. Please focus on replacing cracked buttons.
I was very disappointed today when I picked up my items. My cream linen dress still had spots all over the bottom. The spots were only dirt from the rain and I've had it cleaned before with some spots and it came out. I was told that if they try and get the spots out that it could shred. Makes absolutely no sence! let alone I didn't even get a call or was told that the spots did not come out at pick up. I know they had to have seen them because they had to iron it. Needless to say, bad service today.

The fact that all coupons you send expire within a day or two of receiving them is crap. I spend thousands of dollars in your store and have not been able to use any coupons since your email campaign for coupons began. Looking for a different place as we speak.

Application of coupons is a joke. I have to press the issue with employee and more times than not it isn’t applied.

I had 6 men’s shirts pressed and it cost over $55 and that was with a 10% off coupon, way overpriced!!!
