I have specified on my account that I want my jeans,, pressed with a crease and heavy starch. On 9/9/2020, I had three pairs of my jeans done and NONE of them were correct!

I’ve had 2 brand new shirts come out of your store with broken snaps!! These shirts are brand new and had never been worn, now they are ruined, I’m taking my business elsewhere and gonna be suggesting my coworkers do the same
When I dropped off clothes I showed the young lady a rewards ticket for $10. Told me to put in bag with clothes. I did. When I picked up clothes I wasn’t given credit for $10. Young lady said nothing she could do but would leave manager a note with my information. Sometimes when I put your discount coupons in bag I do t get credit for it.
My comforter wasn’t dried correctly so the inside material shrank away from shell
Shirts had no crease and starch, charge me almost $50 for that, all the girl said was they can do it again for more $$, that's ridiculous 😡😡😡
Pants are usually done well, but the shirts not so much. I have to re-iron the sleeves in each shirt. They are always unacceptable.
