we were quoted 35 dollars for our comforter. upon picking it up, we were charged 50 dollars. after asking why, the lady responded that they had to outsource it to their plant, thus the extra charge. however, I countered that if she knew it had to be outsourced, why was it quoted 35 in the first place. she explained that it was the 'starting price' and handed me their price guide that had no details anywhere about 'starting prices' - and led the clientele to assume each price listed was the final price, as quoted. the lady di... read more
Honestly, less than average. First, no one contacts you or gives you the any information as to when you can expect your things to be ready. Second, while one garment was definitely cleaned, the other garment (which cost $75 mind you) is still not clean. It's leather. The stain remains. No one even called or mentioned that the stain couldn't be removed. The leather has thinned and seems as though it will rip when I decide to wear it. And yet the $75 charge remains. Just received a notice that I have a garment that has been in your care for more than 30 days; yet when I called Angelica to inquire what I have there that's that old she has nothing for me. This system is not only misleading; but it appears erroneous as well. She is currently researching the garment, as she has nothing to pick-up for $7.50 at her store, contrary to what the notice says. Please STOP the e-mail notices, as they are in accurate.
Dan please stop sending me those stupid notices that I have clothes ready for pick-up. It's not like we haven't been through his before!
SO unhappy when I went in I was clearly a new client telling her I just moved here so of course I don't know the prices. But all I wanted was a dress taken in about an inch and it was unlined, only one layer of fabric and it was a straight line down the back of the dress, I didn't need it taken in in the sides and there's already a straight seam down the back. The recent dry-cleaning returns of our clothes have not been up to your usual good standard. Don't know if you have different staff or....? Collars wrinkled, jacket shiny lapels, jacket wavy where it always was smooth (even after re-do). I am hoping the next deliveries will follow the earlier good dry-cleaning performance.
Took 1 month to get my daughters dress back, I called several weeks ago and dress was not finished they said they would call me when it was ready . I never recieved a call . I finally called them , and dress is ready, they apologized but didnt seem to really care. Btw dress was. A long beaded gown and was cleaned beautifully .
Waaaaaaay overpriced. I knew that they charge more but they provide quality work but I would have NEVER imagined that they charge 4x what my previous dry cleaner charged (I moved so I was looking for a different one because of the distance) and not only that but they took 2 days longer to even get my clothes ready. HUGE waste of money, literally every place charges less... 1 suit, 2 pants $50!
