glad you asked since I was going to call you. Lately dry cleaning has been more dry and stiff than usual?!
Ruined 4 shirts and pressed thee shirts poorly. Washed one shirt that was supposed to be dry clean only. Brought in a huge bag of hangers and was told I couldn't be given credit because I didn't drop any cleaning off when I picked up my order. You miss a number of spots because you don't follow orders and Pre spot everything and the you set the stain. Your pick up and delivery person couldn't accommodate my schedule. I dropped off a gown and was quoted $25 less 25% and told to come back in 2 days. I came back on the morning of day three and was told to come back later on. So I waited a couple of more days and came back and charged $50 less 25%. The woman behind the Denied quoting me the lower price. I had never been to your shop and would not have come up with that number on my own. My clothes were ready early and everything looked good.
I went to go pick up my shirts, paid a total of 42 dollars, good, but when i got home i noticed that one of my shirts had the button sowed back on again. it had literally been ripped off and sowed back on poorly. What's more is that i wasn't even told about it when i came to pick up my shirts.
Dropped off a leather dress, was told it could be a few weeks. Days later was called to say I needed to pay $100 in advance and sign a form releasing Tiffany from any responsibility. I went back and picked up the dress.
Service is good and prompt. HOWEVER. I ask for HEAVY Starch on dress shirts and it seems as though I get none at all. My last receipt stated "Special attention requested as much starch as possible!!! Customer wants the laundry shirts really stiff" And I get shirts with no starch at all.
I was dissapointed of my last visit. 4 of the 11 items I left got ruined or stained and the lady didn't even tell me, I found out until I was home, it was 1 designer shirt, 2 designer sweaters and one designer jacket. By the price you charge I would expect more customer service and more efficiency. On top of that I had to wait another week to get my stuff becuase it was not ready when it was supposed to be.
I would like to have a time frame set so I know when to expect driver. The two occasions I have used service driver was very late. Please advise if we can work on this request.
