The staff is very friendly and helpful. The plant is very clean. My cloths are cleaned and personally delivered with perfection.
I have been going to Tiffany Couture Cleaners for several years. I first started using them because they were reliable, and typically either did a great job or did what they could to make it right. Unfortunately that has not been my experience as of late. For example every spring, I have them clean my white king comforter, which I don't use again until the temperatures drop, usually in Dec/Jan. Hello. As a lifelong customer of Tiffany - I feel betrayed because you went to the press before you came to me with regards to sharing the news of your sale. Congrats on the deal by the way. Surely it was a long time in the making. An email to your customers would have been so much better. (You have been emailing us for years.) What happened here? Seems so off brand to have had such a big mistake.

Never notified my shirt was ripped prior to cleaning, however I wasn’t changing. Also, we’ve noticed a difference in quality of service.
