Tiffany Couture Cleaner is A+. No one does dress shirts and delicate women’s fine clothing better!
Had coat repaired and lining was not sown back in place. Common sense would have you fix a coat completely or at least call client to ask if they would like it done even if it cost more. Took coat home anyway since it is a 45 minute drive to get to the shop. Was excited to have repaired coat only to be disappointed
my cloths was lost then because i didnt have a receipt or know the brand of my cloths they couldnt find it was given no explenation of the camera view my next cloths i brought my shirt was ruined and had a sorry note lol i dont think ill ever come back there
Majority of items sent to wrong location. When I can back the Saturday staff had no knowledge of how to pull the rest of the order up to allow me to pay. Even after a call to their supervisor, I ended up given a suggestion on what might work and ...it did . I disnt count the pieces but I have a feeling I might be masking a black blazer.
I had brought in a few pieces of clothing from my wedding...reception gown, traditional chinese wedding gown, tuxedos. I would expect calls for these items when they are ready to be picked up since the cost for cleaning them was already expensive. my dry cleaning was late . when i asked if i was compensated some for having to return to pick up my dry cleaning . the lady laughted. not very professional
My jacket was not cleaned properly, yet I was charged full price without a discount.
I came in, I had about 12 pieces for the next day pick-up. The girl refused to clean 12 for the following working day to pick up. I explained I had back to back Trips over sea’s. Then she said she could clean a few pieces & that was it! She was very curt with me. Not nice or try to help my situation. This is not what I expected of your company. I will now use another company to serve me better.
After 5 years of coming here religiously, having spent thousands of dollars without batting an eye, and referring countless new Vegas residents to this business, I will no longer come here and ask others not to come here as well. Not sure if management changed but the main employee here now (she wears glasses) is rude, unprofessional, and not capable of effective customer service.
