I asked for heavy starch on the shirts. The shirts were hardly starched and poorly ironed. I will not use Tiffany cleaners again.

No fur repair or cleaning as advertised. Fur woman is a joke. They were unable to see up a seam on mittens!. Overcharged us $80 for a new zipper on jacket! Zero customer service, I will tell everyone I know how lousy this place is.

Kim, unfortunately our Furrier retired and this is a specialized field. As far as the overcharge, The price for the zipper was not $80.00. The cleaning of the coat was $35.00 and the new zipper for a coat was $45.00, which is in line for any seamstress. I apologize for the customer service and will look into it.
I had a $5.00 coupon that had expired and was told I couldn’t use it. I asked the attendant to call and see if they would allow me to put it towards my order. The girl did call and they did allow me to use it. I think to avoid a problem for another client, the coupon shud be attached to the name of the customer and if the customer doesn’t have the coupon with him then the attendant is look up the name and clarify the situation. It was my first time ever bringing my suits there and unfortunately my last time.. You should also seriously reconsider your prices, they are ridiculously high..

My WHITE school jacket had these blue mystery stains on it (probably from jeans), and they got 90% of them out which is amazing, because I thought it was a lost cause. You can literally BARELY see them unless you’re looking for them. Thanks guys!
I did not like when I had to pay 66 and some sense and have the receipt it should of been $40

I brought an evening gown in to be cleaned. I was given an estimate of 30-40 dollars. When I picked it up, I was charged 70 dollars. I was/am not pleased. The clerk should have a better handle on pricing
I always rely on Tiffany for my best things. I didn’t like your keeping my leather pants for 3 weeks then de icing not to clean. I wasn’t advise till I went to pick up
