We've used the Sterling Ridge location for years and have always experienced great service.
I have not had a bad experience here - if they lose something - they have paid (only happened once)- cleaning is usually perfect and done fast and the crew is always pleasant and smiling Only negative thing I can say is that the comforters don't always come back as clean as I would expect but clean enough
