I appreciate the convenience of picking up and dropping off our laundry where we work, at Anadarko.
Great service and the delivery person is wonderful. Our little dog knows the days he is coming by and wants to wait outside for him. The driver brings him a treat. Great customer service.
The cleaning/laundering is great, but I miss having familiar faces at the store location. I liked being called by name when I walked in.
I have always been pleased with my service and especially with our valet, David. This time one of my garments returned with cleaning fluid on the front of it. I also noticed my coupons weren't recorded on my receipts. I was leaving town and didn't have a chance to put the bag back out. Will do so when I return next week.
The pick ups and deliveries are always on time, friendly driver.
