Great service, and staff.
The people who work there are always polite and efficient. I NEVER have anything I have to return and sometimes even make repairs without me asking, such as sewing on a button. I definitely do recommend during to my friends.

It was a great experience. First and foremost, the dress pants I brought in were pretty dirty but also fairly expensive. I had some anxiety that I might have ruined them but I was very impressed with how they looked. The service was very friendly. I don't know her name...pretty red haired lady...was really helpful. I needed some intricate alterations and she told me to use the 38th and Illinois location. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back for all future dry cleaning needs.
The staff answered all the questions I had and my dress shirts turned out great, even the dirt on my collars! I'll be coming back.

i had three alteration done. one dress was accidentally not hemmed but it was done within a week. the price for hemming is very reasonable. i liked the service & people. they never once blamed me for the error as others would. how does one get paint out of a garment?? i've washed mine three times & the paints isn't gone?
