Most of the staff know my name and I enjoy the pleasantries exchanged while picking up or dropping off.
It was quick and easy to drop off and pick up. Clothes were done when they said it would. Shirt that needed to be cleaned and pressed was not pressed correctly - it came home wrinkled and edges were curled upwards. Needed the shirt early next day so did not have time to take it back to see if it would be corrected.
great experience but did not get jackets totally cleaned.

Exceeded expectations! Took my mother's wedding veil she made for her wedding in 1974 since I am wearing it for my own wedding in November. Wanted to have someone take a look to see if the lace could be restored, and Greg at the Capitol location was more than happy to take a look. In just a week, he was able to make the 42 year old veil look brand new! It is beautiful and my mom and I are both excited I get to have it be my "something old" for the big day.
