I very much like the pick up an drop off at work.
Everything is great!!!!!!
Usually very satisfied. A few times have not been. Once called driver about coupon discounts and not been credited them. Last week, I went into the store to renew credit card and asked that they contact my driver about not delivering on Tuesday, the 18th to my house, as I would not be there. My cleaning was delivered - not held. I don't know who dropped the ball - woman at store or driver. Otherwise, happy with deliveries.
Pleasant and asked if any of my clothes needed creased.
Beverly is a great valet! She always picks up and delivers on time and informs me of any changes to her route.
