Great customer service from Silvia and Irene!
Excellent service consistently, except for the coupons for getting shirts laundered 20 times. They are only received sporadically once a month, sometimes never, but my local drop gives great service.

The service is always good and the shirts are aleays done very well. One issue - it seems almost impossible to get coupons now, and the coat is way too high without the 30% off coupons

I find it very hard to believe that MW cleaners cant repair its CC swiper for its employees on its computer due to the amount of money it charges for dry cleaning! MW has great employees, they should not have to manually enter cc #'s, its an inconvenience to patrons!!
