I have been using your service for at least 6 or 7 years and have always been satisfied with your service. There is one employee now that is not very friendly but she does her job. Most employees in the past have gone the extra mile to be friendly and make sure the customer is very satisfied.

Beverly is the reason I stay with MW. She is absoutely Phenonomenal! The operation is OK, but Beverly makes sure they do the right things. She has my account coded with checking buttons on shirts, and I am convinced that she goes through my laundry to tell them of the tickets I submit. Without her, I feel your service would be overpriced and lack luster at best. 5 stars if I didn't believe it was all about Beverly.
