Bev is the BEST! She makes us feel like family and like we are the only customer she has. We are getting ready to move next month and I was extremely pleased to learn from her on Monday that we will still be in her service area. Kudos to her.
Love the delivery and pick up. The ONLY issue I have ever had was one time when I needed to get a garment back ahead of schedule (My fault not yours). I learned that my clothes were not at the MW branch I usually deal with, but at one further away. I was able to make the trip and pick them up early, but the location was inconvienant.
Service was great and the clothes look good, but the pricing is a bit extreme compared to the other option of cleaners in the area.
We love the concierge service of pick up plus return to our residence!
MW Cleaners' service is good. Overall I'm pleased with the service I am receiving. Although, there are a couple observations that I wish to point out to help MW improve the quality of their service. 1) Although rare, there have been times when certain garments have been delivered a day late. This could be due MW taking extra care with a specific garment, so that is appreciated. Fast service in drive through and clothes ready when promised.
We receive pick up and delivery service. It is always on time and the driver is very courteous.
