I think the service I'm getting is good with respect to pickup and delivery. There is one aspect of customer service that I need to get fixed and that is how I am billed (I need an invoice PRIOR to my card being hit). I've tried a few ways to get this fixed with no luck. Who can get this corrected? I see I my card was hit recently for $27.19. I am looking online and I can't match up my account activity with this charge.
