The delivery service was awesome and all items came back to us on time. The repair that was done, was done very well. My biggest complaint was a pair of pants had two press lines down the leg and was not pressed properly.
I have always had prompt, professional service from MW. My clothes arrive at my door twice a week, always on time, and always spotless. If I have an issue or require special service, all I need to do is pick up the phone and call Danny, who will go out of his way to meet my needs. Very friendly service always that you're a Augusta location. However, we have received the wrong laundry twice in the past six months and my husband feels like he is still missing a few pair of pants that are not accounted for.
We are very happy with our service. Only when our driver is out of town/vacation the temp has missed our cleaning. Other than that we we have been very happy with our former driver and the current driver. We have referred friends to your company.
And it would be nice to be refunded the charges, given your slogan is "Done Right... On Time... Or It's FREE!" None of these 3 statements were met on my last order. "I always have my items picked up from my building, The Dominion, in Houston. Typically, the pick up and return process works just fine. However, for some reason my last pick up was never returned, instead I received and email stating the items were ready for me to come pick up.
