The employees are always nice and helpful. The only thing I have asked many times but no body seems to be able to answer is what happened to the 50.00 shirt program. When it first started I received about 150.00 in coupons but I have had 25-40 shirts cleaned atleast 25 or more times. Was there a limit on this? That is my only pet peave on this promotion.
My experience is always top notch.. Very pleasant staff and welcoming.. Especially the store manager, she is the best!!

Excellent service - just a little expensive on the laundering of shirts
The staff at the MW on Buffalo Speedway and 59 are always friendly and do a good job. Occasionally the laundry is late on Monday like the time before last but that is not their fault. So I have to make another trip and come back on Wednesday(since I don't get home until late on Tuesday). I like the quality of the work. I think the prices are very high even with the coupons that I use so I have used other places that are less expensive. This location on B.S. is very convenient for me so that is where I normally go.
I am very pleased with MW Cleaners pick up and delivery service. I have been enjoying this service for over 2 years now and the service has been consistently good and accurately handled. Kudos to you MW for offering and managing such an outstanding program!
Cleaning is always on time with no issues. I also really like the alterations services. The only area for improvement would be the cost.
I've been using MWCleaners for over 2 years now and had always experienced exceptional service. Clothes never smell like chemicals and always look like new. Keep sending those coupons.
All the employees are fantastic at this location. Always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I just started giving my business to MWC about two years ago, now I am sold. Keep it up.
