Satisfied with MW Cleaners service? Not hardly! I am OVERWHELMED! Every time I come to MW, I am greeted with a warm smile and a cheery salutation! The dry cleaning is always IMPECCABLE and someone always takes the time to answer any questions that I may have. I couldn't possibly ask for more. Thank you Ms. Jona' Coard, Ms. Janice Right, and Ms. Nicole Parker. I am now officially a life-long fan of MW Cleaners.
As always at Mary Gardner's MWCleaners, the service was excellent and the order was done correctly.
- I had a shirt come back missing a button, and some of my pants were not hung properly, resulting in creases where they were not supposed to be. - I do not like the plastic hanger tabs for multiple shirts. - i haven't been getting any email coupons lately. But... the people are very nice.
The staff is always friendly and even greets you at your car when you arrive! This location is quick, efficient, and never seems overloaded.
We brought two dresses on our last visit to MW. One was a return, the other for the first time. Both dresses had been worn to outside gatherings (the dress we brought for the first time was actually a bridesmaid dress worn in an outdoor wedding). Both had been sweated in from the hot Texas summer. The one returned still had an odor after we got it back. While it did take two times to get that one right, I am glad to say that this time both dresses look great and are as fresh as when they were first purchased.
Melissa is great. She went the extra mile looking for my shirt. Thank you very much.
We have used the MW Cleaners Memorial location for a number of years. They consistently provide excellent service.
Excellent is the first word I can think of when it comes to the service and personnel at the post oak mw cleaners. it is a pleasure to do service with this group of people as they are always friendly, professional and very efficient. I have not had a problem but I know if I did they would do all they could to help solve the issue. they are a great team with a great team leader.
