New place, they were working out the bugs!! Got my suit back from the cleaners and seemed like it was completely washed, it was so fresh!!!
The young gentleman who works at this location is extremely rude, unprofessional, and makes you feel like you shouldn’t bring your clothing in for dry cleaning. He also likes to call and leave you rude unpleasant voicemails. I believe I will switch back to our previous dry cleaners as they are professional and courteous.
Every thing was great except the price. I won’t be back. Also 1 employee trying to help 4 customers for pickups made everyone wait.
My dress was not press very well I had to have it pressed 3times and the last time it had spots on it that was never there before and they would not take ownership
Overcharged me for two skirts when I just had one
