Your cleaner store is great. I hesitate to use your services now due to your bowing to public bullying about racism. I am tan skinned and I believe all lives matter. I usually get great service but not on this occasion
I am a truck driver, delivery goods across the nation. On the day I were to pick up my clothes, I was scheduled to leave out of town with a load to deliver in another state. When I put my clock in Tide Cleaners I was given a specific time and date to pick them up. When I came to pick up my clothes they were NOT ready. I was told that other customers were the priority. one of my scrub jackets which was nit exposed to my duty in the hodpitsl was faded. it looks like soneone put a lot of chlorine onnit .
The stitching came out in two places of my dress it was brand new and not that cheap. It also felt like someone had stretched it out.
Bad experience I will never come back there.
