You guys are awesome. Best Cleaners in Las Vegas. I dropped off my Granddaughters and Grandson's dresses and tiny suit they wore for my Daughter's Wedding. The garments were picked up yesterday and they LOOKED BRAND NEW. Way to go.... Michael
Called to see about getting the wrinkles out of my blazer. I was told when i dropped it off it would be ready by 5pm the following day. Welll I dropped it off before work, and received an email before i even got off that day, that my items were ready for pick up. FAST, AND AMAZING SERVICE. Also everyone was soo friendly, from the lady i spoke with on the phone, to both ladies, i spoke with when i came in. Thank You again for you fast and friendly service.
Charge different prices every time I come with a king blanket or quilt, the one quilt I brought several times is fading in color. Please remove my email.
I keep receiving emails about my order not being picked up when the order was picked up months ago. Why isn’t your system updated to know this?
shirt had some spot; they could not clean it still charge for it
Good but my coat had a lot of fuzz balls on it. Of course it is black so they really showed up.
Brought in two members only jackets. Neither were cleaned and one had a tag saying the stain was not removable ( starbucks latte on as green jacket) Red Jacket had tape adhesive on it from gaffers tape being used for a Halloween thriller outfit that should have been removable. Not happy with the service at all
