The service was good. Comforter was cleaned well. I was supposed to get a 20% discount though. When I had given the comforter to the clerk I also had given them a 20% off coupon. I was told that the total would be around $27. When I picked up the comforter I found out later that I paid full price of $34. This was disappointing to see. Not sure if I'll come back after this.
My cloths got stuck in the overnight pick up which I couldn’t pick up. I had to call the next morning to get my cloths. I work late hours so I only pick up at late times. So the next morning after my cloths was stuck I was charged which I understand but did not get my all my cloths. I have to go in during open hours to get the rest. It’s very frustrating to have to get all my items over multiple days. I have always like this services but I do not like how the customer service was handled.
I have to leave my 1 set of my white dress they have black spots. Putting in a bag without checking plus they put the 2 garments in one bag 😐
I dropped off three blazers on Monday and was told they would be ready for Wednesday. When I tried to pick up on Wednesday, I only received two of my blazers. The front girl insisted I only dropped two. She then told me that she would talk to the manager the next day and have her call me. I waited until 3 pm that day. No call whatsoever. When I first try to drop off my clothes on the opening and the customer service there was not nice. He told me that I can drop off my clothes at the moment and tell me to come back later. I told me him that I’m already here just let me drop it off because I being waiting 30mins before they open . Then he say sorry he can let me drop it off and I ask him can I do the drop off window. He still say no and refuses to help. Then I left because I don’t want to deal with a unprofessional service.
I love your cleaners. I hate that you are cowtowing to pressure from black lives matter. They are a Marxist organization and I will not support their burning and looting and terrorist activities towards peace living individuals. I have many black friends.
