Trying to find a good dry cleaners is always difficult. I initially called to get more information and ended up bringing in my garments to the store. The guest service beginning with the phone call, to in store service, everyone was professional and helpful. Most importantly, great quality dry cleaning and very pleased with the service provided. South Rainbow location.
Was there in your rainbow store. Picking up my clothes. Trying to pay. My chip on my card was having trouble. But instead of helping me and finishing my transaction the girl with glasses behind the counter decides to help someone else who walked in dropping off their clothes. So i had to wait another few minutes. Not to mention that I dropped my clothes off on Friday before labor day and stopped to pick them up on Tuesday around 230pm. Not ready. Really
I was satisfied with the service I received and will he going to the shop at Rainbow from now on instead of the one at Blue Diamond. The staff there named Fabian is very unprofessional and childish and acts like he’s in a Disney show where the plot is he’s in a summer job. Hopefully management would help him to take his job seriously so as to the establishment not looking like a joke because of him. The associate on the Rainbow branch however was professional and kind.
24/7 pickup and drop off is key
Was told my clothes would be ready Monday. They were not. Was told they would be ready Tuesday. They were not. Still waiting on my clothes.

I got launder clothes that were dry cleaned???? I put the bogo certificate in the drop off bag because the driver didn't come on thurs and still got charged the full amount, charging me dry cleaning on cotton aloha shirts was just too much...the system is broker and I disappointed...I will not be using Tide cleaning any more... The on site clerk was polite but not helpful at all...I should have gotten the BOGO and had the charges reversed on the dry cleaning versus launder...
After the first visit, I noticed there was a high level of fragrance on the clothes. When I next came in, I asked for little or no fragrance because of severe allergies. The next batch had even MORE fragrance. When I brought them back, you kindly had them redone, and on that batch, the fragrance level was even MORE. That and inattention to little things-brought in several shirts and deliberately left the collar stays in two of them. They were pressed with the stays still in.
