Brought in two jackets both dry cleaning and one to get zipper replaced, jacket that just got dry cleaning was done pretty quickly and I picked it up. When I was there I asked when the other jacket would be ready they told me it would be just over a week. Called today and they said it would not be ready until next week. So for the cleaning part yes they are good for alterations and repair not so much could have had it done at another shop and it would have taken a couple days not a week and a half maybe more. Ruined my waist band on my pants. All the elastic was gone. Fixed it at no charge do I decided to give you another chance. The quality of the finishing and the cleaning was great bit the young girl who waited on me, Amber, needs much more training. She was unresponsive time when I arrived because she was fascinated with another problem that the other person was handling. Ie poor customer service. Bedding items taken in for dry cleaning were returned crumpled and unpressed yet I paid $20 and was told pressing is a ‘special request’. I was not advised this at time of checking items in.
My clothes are lost no update as to where the clothes are! One dress brand new
Used the clean and fold service. The clothes were completely wrinkled and wadded not folded when returned. Expected much more. Will not recommend anyone to use this service.
I’m very upset with them. Beside not so nice customer service. The Bogo thing is complete a joke. I took 17 items and they only did discount and ties $4.50 instead the the dresses. My bill was $88.00 never again will I ever use you guys!!! Total scam!!
